Will present on first impressions - handshake, greeting, eye contact, body language, etc. Will have students role play and there will be time for Q&A. Discussion will focus on the Chamber and the role of assisting businesses with their first impression.
Also, I will also bring my book and other merchandise for my Customer Service and Beyond company, to talk briefly about branding.
Let me know if this is what you were thinking. I can adjust anything you would like. VERY excited that there are 16 students!!!!! WOW.

Thank you for volunteering to be a guest speaker for Collinsville Triad CEO!
Student Info: We have 17 CEO students (high school seniors from Collinsville High School, Father McGivney Catholic High School, Maryville Christian High School and Triad High School)
Timing: Arrive on site as early as 7:00 A.M. Your presentation can last from 7:15 A.M.-8:15 A.M. If your presentation is shorter than that- don't worry!
Parking: Please park and enter at the front of the Truck Centers Training Center. Enter through the front doors, then proceed to the elevator. Our room will be just off the elevator on the left hand side.
Tech: You are welcome to prepare a presentation but do not feel like this is a requirement! If you have audio/visual you would like to present, we can connect directly to your laptop (as long as it has an HDMI port), access it through a USB drive or you can send it to Emily in advance.
